I have a few friends who are building or renovating homes, and many have asked for my help in setting up a smart home for them, as I did for myself.

Am thinking about doing this as a side hustle - wanted to talk with anyone who might be doing this for people, to get a sense of two things:

1. What do you charge for your services? How do you estimate jobs?
2. What do you do regarding post installation support?

I have a few ideas on how to do this, but was curious to hear from people who might already be working in this space.
