Like all the best technology departments, I’m a one man army rockstar. That’s a problem when I’m a bottle of everclear deep into my holiday plans, and I don’t think I can get away with hiding another replacement cellphone in the budget if I throw mine in the lake again.

So how do you guys keep everything running while you’re out?

    I feed every single byte of data that goes through our system into an AI model, then let it answer the support hotline.

    I’ve been on vacation “working from home” for 2 years now.

    So how are you doing a shitty job?

    What I would do is just put Kevin in charge of IT. He has worked in finance his whole life so he knows things.

      Well, I was thinking I could empower my users to solve their own problems, and just give them all domain admin.
