What kind of company needs this much information to close an account?

Never been on a keto diet or needed a product like this, but I know which company I would never buy from if I did.

It’s kinda rubbish that this is the only way to do this. Isn’t there some California law that says they haven’t to make unsubscribing easier? Can’t you just tell them you’ve moved to California?
