See this is actually just stupid plating. I could easily see a dessert like this being served at a restaurant, just with much nicer plating/portioning
Exactly, the mistake here is that the cookie should be inserted into the scoop of ice cream as a garnish, not be topped by it.
I have friends who do this at buffets; cookie at the bottom fits well into small soup bowls, top it with icecream so that slicing down with a spoon gets a harder base to dig into.
And they wonder why they’re pre-diabetics who can’t manage their weight.
