WA's government will force the City of Perth and its Liberal-candidate Lord Mayor Basil Zempilas to hand over prime land so it can build a new primary school, in an escalation of an ongoing political stoush.

Sounds like a really good spot for a primary school.

Housing right next to the primary school and the rates associated with them, plus $4 million… sounds like a fair plan to me.
