I have not read the whole bill but I wonder about places like hamburger Mary’s which does give a family friendly drag show.

I can’t believe the person showed up looking like a Navi from avatar. Missouri is a socially conservative state outside the large cities. They also expect people to act with respect. Showing dressed up like is going to make sure the bill is passed.
They showed up in their finest work attire, which took, likely, 3 or more hours to put on.
You know nothing of respect.
You don’t show up to a government hearing looking like a clown.
the law should not be applied by how people look. If they treat the law like that, it will get repealed. So actually in the long term it might be better to psychologically push them into making a mistake.
