Hey mate, just to let you know, this seems to be a Scottish fold cat. They have a genetic defect that causes cartilage weakness (that is the reason for the curled ears) and are prone to polycystic kidney dosease. Sooner or later it might need pain relief because of that (the cartilage of their joints gets damaged over time), so it should be regularly checked by a veterinarian.

Probably just a reflection. Her eye is fine

You are right: upon closer inspection, the same object is being reflected in the iris of her right eye.
