The NSA intentionally weakened RSA through bribes; I imagine they will also attempt to gain control of quantum encryption.

The prediction will be false because quantum computing won’t ever be a practical thing. It is nothing more than a fad where academic researchers work out semantics while ignoring the fundamental problems
Do you have any resources to read up on this? I always thought it was reasonably possible for it to be practical.
