Yup. Unions are great. Any boss that feel like they have to explain how greatful employees should be and how great their workspace is without the balls to let unions in is delusional.
I get the financial incentives to not let a union in as a boss, but thinking that way is also just admitting that you could be doing a lot better for your staff.

I was just going to buy some tshirt from him, and I am really glad that I have waited.
If their stuff were more readily available in europe i think I would have already bought a few things. I guess that’s not happening anymore lol.
