The reality for most of us is, that we will just repeat the same cycle over and over again. School, university, children, retirement, death.
Realistically, there isn’t much you can do about it. 2/3 of my day are reserved for work and sleep, the last third is largely reserved by maintaining oneself. There’s not much opportunity to do anything.
And since most of the peers are in a similar routine, you’ll just do nothing or just useless busywork you can hobbies.
